#$%^&*AU2016250493A120180517.pdf#####Abstract The Invention sets out a process, method and system to improve the outcomes and accuracy in the employment of individuals. Currently, Human Resource offerings rely on a classified system (online or print) that relies on candidates to apply and submit a cover letter and Curriculum Vitae ("CV"). It is then up to the employer to manually go through the CV's and cover letters to find an appropriate candidate or to create a short list. The problem with the current system is that the ability for the employer to efficiently assess candidates to find the "right fit" is limited due to the use of words and the time consuming nature of this process. Another problem with the current system is that it is a lot easier for candidates to set out their academic and experience in writing than it is for them to honestly convey their personality and attitude. The Invention provides a unique system whereby the candidates can apply via a "video" that is 27 seconds long. The concept is for a more "real" representation of the candidate to be presented to the employer.
