A queen cup according to the present invention comprises: a receiving part having an inlet formed at one side thereof and formed as a container body for receiving royal jelly or eggs; and a support configured to surround and support the receiving part so that the inlet is opened, wherein, when closely contacting a neighboring support, the outer surface of the support has a shape that is entirely in close contact with the outer surface of the neighboring support so that no empty space is formed between the closely contacted supports. The breeding frame using the queen cup according to the present invention comprises a support plate on which queen cups are arranged in at least one direction to have the outer surfaces of neighboring queen cups to closely contact each other so that no empty space is formed between the outer contact surfaces of the neighboring queen cups, and which supports the queen cups while being fixed to or combined with the opposite side of the inlet of the arranged queen cups. The breeding frame for royal jelly production using the queen cup according to the present invention comprises: left frames and right frames in which the breeding frames using queen cups are stacked in a longitudinal axis direction, which are provided with one or more breeding frames for each floor so that the inlet of the queen cups face at least one direction of a front direction and a rear direction, and to which both sides of the breeding frames are respectively coupled by means of a coupling means to be detachable; a top plate frame which connects the upper ends of the left frame and the right frame; and a lower plate frame which connects the lower ends of the left frame and the right frame. The breeding frame for queen bee rearing using the queen cup according to the present invention comprises: left frames and right frames in which the breeding frames using the queen cups are stacked in a longitudinal axis direction, which are provided with breeding frames so that the inlet of the queen cups face a downward direction, and to which both sides of the breeding frame are respectively coupled by means of a coupling means to be detachable; a top plate frame which connects the upper ends of the left frame and the right frame; and a lower plate frame which connects the lower ends of the left frame and the right frame.
