摘要

An AMOLED pixel driver circuit, and drive method. The AMOLED pixel driver circuit has a 6T1C structure including a dual-gate first thin-film transistor (T1) used as a driver thin-film transistor, a second thin-film transistor (T2) mirroring the first thin-film transistor (T1), a third thin-film transistor (T3), a fourth thin-film transistor (T4), a fifth thin-film transistor (T5), a sixth thin-film transistor (T6), a capacitor (C1), and an organic light emitting diode (D1), and is connected to a first scan signal (Scan1), a second scan signal (Scan2), a third scan signal (Scan3), a data signal (Data), and a predetermined voltage (Vpre). The circuit of the present invention effectively compensates the threshold voltage of a thin-film transistor, and solves the instability problem of a current flowing through the organic light emitting diode caused by a drift of the threshold voltage. In addition, a dual-gate thin-film transistor is used as the driver thin-film transistor to enable specifying the threshold voltage of the driver thin-film transistor by means of inputting the predetermined voltage (Vpre).
