LANE LINE VANISHING POINT-BASED HUD DISPLAY SYSTEM AND METHOD

A lane line vanishing point-based HUD display system, comprising a HUD display device and an image capture device. Provided in the HUD display device is a display picture adjustment module; the image capture device is used to capture an image of a road surface in the direction of travel of a vehicle, said captured image including a display interface of the HUD display device; the display picture adjustment module performs recognition of lane lines of a road according to the road surface image captured by the image capture device, and draws an intersection point of lane lines on two sides of the vehicle, making said intersection point a vanishing point; connection lines between two bottom boundary points of the display interface of the HUD display device and the vanishing point respectively become boundaries of an adjusted display interface, the content displayed by the HUD display device undergoing morphing processing and then being displayed by means of the HUD display device. Also provided is a lane line vanishing point-based HUD display method. The present HUD display system and method make a displayed picture appear from inside a cab to be more closely connected to the road, decreasing the visual sense of a foreign object for a driver and increasing driving safety.
