The present invention provides a laser guide device for guiding a user a predetermined distance by using a laser and a method for measuring a distance and an angle by using same. To this end, the present invention provides a laser guide device, comprising: a body member including a first surface, a second surface positioned so as to face the first surface, and a third surface for connecting the first surface and the second surface, so as to form an appearance; a fixing member positioned in the center of the second surface of the body member so as to designate a first point and having a groove inwardly recessed; and a laser member including a laser module positioned inside the body member and outputting a laser beam extending in a first direction and a sub motor which is positioned inside the body member and performs rotational motion at a set rotation angle.
