The purpose of the present invention is to provide a binder composition for nonaqueous secondary battery electrodes, which enables a nonaqueous secondary battery to exhibit excellent cycle characteristics by suppressing swelling of an electrode of the nonaqueous secondary battery associated with repetition of charge and discharge, while ensuring excellent stability of a slurry composition for nonaqueous secondary battery electrodes. A binder composition according to the present invention contains a particulate polymer A and a particulate polymer B; the particulate polymer A is a copolymer having a block region that is composed of an aromatic vinyl monomer unit; and the particulate polymer B is a random copolymer that contains an aliphatic conjugated diene monomer unit and an aromatic vinyl monomer unit.
