The present invention provides a balun circuit structure with a bridge structure antenna. The balun circuit structure comprises a wideband balun circuit and a bridge antenna. The bridge antenna comprises an antenna substrate, an antenna patch attached to the upper surface of the antenna substrate, and two metal posts which penetrate through the antenna substrate and are connected to the antenna patch; the wideband balun structure comprises a balun substrate, a first metal part attached to the upper surface of the balun substrate, and a second metal part attached to the lower surface of the balun substrate. The two metal posts are connected to the first metal part; the first metal part is connected to the second metal part. By implementing the present invention, a phase difference between adjacent output ports can be kept stable around 180°, achieving a good phase shift effect between two output ports.
