The present invention relates to the underwater sediment dredging device, primarily removing pollutants contained in underwater sediment by using bubbles and secondarily removing the pollutants while hardening the ground surface by using a brush roller in order to maximize a pollutant removing ability and minimize destruction in an ecosystem.
