The present invention relates to a polyolefin-g-[(styrene-based polymer)-b-polydiene] graft copolymer which is a compatibilizer for mixing ethylene vinyl alcohol and a polyolefin-based resin. The compatibilizer enables efficient mixing of the polypropylene-based resin and ethylene vinyl alcohol, and also improves tensile properties of resin compositions containing the polypropylene-based resin and ethylene vinyl alcohol.
