The present invention relates to a method for identifying edible oil using CARS spectroscopic technique capable of determining whether heterogeneous edible oil is contained in the edible oil through the CAR spectroscopic technique and an apparatus for identifying edible oil using same. The method for identifying edible oil using a CARS spectroscopic technique according to the present invention includes the steps of: preparing a sample; detecting a CARS signal of the sample through the CARS spectroscopic technique; and identifying the sample by comparing reference CARS data with the CARS signal of the sample which is detected.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
