The present invention relates to a method for measuring a noise of a smart device for play back and an application stored in a medium for executing the same by being combined with the smart device, capable of playing back a noise generation situation as it is by showing a noise level with analysis data in a noise level re-measurement process by executing the steps of: measuring and recording the noise level with the smart device; selectively recording a sound in which the noise level exceeding a legal standard occurs; and re-measuring the noise level for the recorded sound when the recorded sound is played back.
