The present invention relates to a fastener which has mobility and is fixed to an insertion unit made of a material which is cured after a period of time. The fastener comprises: a body unit of which one side is inserted into the insertion unit; and a void unit which is a fixed space located in the other side of the body unit. The material of the insertion unit is positioned inside the fastener to widen a contact area between the insertion unit and the fastener through various structures of the fastener. Also, penetration of the material in the insertion unit to a fixture is easy and the material in the insertion unit is cured so the fastener is stably fixed in the insertion unit. Accordingly, improved fixation power and stable maintenance can be secured after the fastener is inserted into the insertion unit.
