The present invention relates to an apparatus for taking feces for testing feces of a diarrhea patient, and more specifically to an apparatus for taking feces for testing feces of a diarrhea patient which facilitates taking feces samples from a diarrhea patient and protects the patient from contamination from the outside during the feces taking process. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a main body which is cylindrical and penetrated in the longitudinal direction; a microfiber ball which is accommodated in the main body, and can exit to the outside from one side of the main body, in order to take feces remaining in the rectum while being inserted into the rectum through the anus of a patient; a pusher which is extended from one side of the microfiber ball and accommodated in the main body, and is able to slide to push the microfiber ball upon a forcibly press; and a pulling member which is connected to one side of the pusher and exposed to the outside of the main body, and is pulled by a hand for a retreating movement of the pusher, such that the microfiber ball is accommodated in the main body again.
