The present invention relates to a vibration-reducing mecanum wheel designed to have a roller having the same radius as a ground surface during driving to reduce vibrations, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The mecanum wheel includes: a wheel body; and a plurality of rollers mounted at equal intervals along the circumference of the wheel body at a predetermined inclination angle, wherein ground contact points of the rollers are composed of points at which a distance (dn) from a roller shaft to the circumference of a cylinder formed by the mecanum wheel is shortest. Accordingly, the present invention is able to minimize vibrations and thus minimize the occurrence of faults and accidents.
