The present invention relates to a treatment facility for recycling livestock wastewater in which wastewater in the state of liquid fertilizer, formed by pre-treating manure produced in a livestock farmhouse, is re-treated by using a physicochemical method to isolate solid matters completely from the wastewater, wherein the isolated solid matters are rendered compostable, and the treated water is recycled to be used for livestock farming or as drinking water for livestock. Specifically, the treatment facility of the present invention comprises a solid matter treatment facility unit and a water treatment facility unit, wherein solid matters are completely isolated from wastewater, and rendered compostable though the solid matter treatment facility unit; and through the water treatment facility unit, the treated water from which the solid matters have been isolated is rendered reusable for cleaning the livestock farmhouse or as a drinking water for livestock, etc.
