The present invention relates to a non-dispersive infrared gas sensor having an elliptical optical structure in a plurality of independent optical paths and, more specifically, relates to a magnetic compensation method for an optical gas sensor which measures a concentration of gas by condensing light emitted from a light source to a gas sensor without using a separate condensing lens, controls energy density reaching each gas sensor, performs conversion and calculation of an output voltage generated by adjusted incident energy, and determines and corrects aged deterioration.
