A method for determining a moving path of a relay node for a network segment comprises the following steps: a computer device determines a centroid of segments based on traffic exchanged between the segments and positions of the segments; the computer device determines k-1 surrounding clusters around the centroid; and the computer device adjusts a center cluster and the surrounding clusters based on a first value which is energy consumed by a first relay node visiting the center cluster including the centroid and a second value which is an average value of energy consumed by a second relay node visiting the k-1 surrounding clusters. The segments correspond to a single connected network. The energy consumed by the relay nodes is a summed value of energy consumed in moving by the relay nodes and energy consumed in communication.
