The present invention relates to a method of preparing a functional soup base for ready-to-cook herbal samgyetang, wherein the method comprises: a) a material collection and preparation step for collecting Astragali Radix, Kalopanax, Acanthopanax, Hovenia dulcis, Angelica gigas NAKAI, jujube, and ginseng, all of which are in a dried state, and removing impurities from the outer surface thereof; b) a step for combining the prepared materials in a ratio of 25-35 wt% of Astragali Radix, 20-30 wt% of Kalopanax, 15-25 wt% of Acanthopanax, 10-15 wt% of Hovenia dulcis, 3-7 wt% of Angelica gigas NAKAI, 3-7 wt% of jujube, and 1-5 wt% of ginseng; c) a step for placing the combined materials in a container, and extracting with 10 times water at 100-150°C for 6-10 hours; d) a step for filtering the extract by using 30 mesh filter; e) a step for concentrating the obtained filtrate in a concentrator to 30-40 Brix; and f) a step for injecting the concentrate into a packaging container in a fixed amount, and sealing the packaging container.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
