The present invention relates to a method for mass-culturing attachable diatoms. The method comprises the steps of: (1) forming an adhesive substrate at the bottom of a water tank having a predetermined volume horizontally on a bottom surface, and attaching attachable diatoms, Achnanthes brevipes var. intermedia, Achnanthes sancti-pauli and Melosira octogona, by feeding and circulating Jeju lava sea water; (2) moving the adhesive substrate attached with the attachable diatoms to an outdoor water tank, and culturing the same by using sunlight; (3) supplying bubbles from the bottom of the adhesive substrate to detach the attachable diatoms cultured on the adhesive substrate; and (4) floating the detached attachable diatoms to the surface of water by using the phototactic properties of the detached attachable diatoms, and collecting the same by using a water current.
