The present invention relates to a module for automatically extracting and transforming a BIM object for evaluation of insulation and condensation of a building, and a method therefor, and more particularly, to the method for extracting and transforming a BIM object, capable of automatically extracting information required for analyzing the insulation and condensation of the building based on a BIM model stored in a database and automatically transforming the extracted information into a file format which can be used by a heat transfer analysis program, and the method therefor. Accordingly, the present invention can improve the efficiency of a heat transfer analysis operation.
