The present invention relates to a method for producing a culture medium for culturing conidia-forming bacteria; a culture medium for culturing conidia prepared by the above method; and a method for culturing conidia-forming bacteria using the same. According to a method for producing a culture medium for culturing conidia-forming bacteria of the present invention, a medium raw material is treated with filamentous fungi and filamentous fungi decompose non-degradable cellulose to remarkably enhance the permeability of the medium raw material. After treated with filamentous fungi, mycelia of filamentous fungi composed of a large amount of proteins remain in the medium to function as additional nutrients. Therefore, the culture medium for conidia-forming bacteria of the present invention produced by the above-mentioned method has optimal culturing conditions of pores, moisture, nutrients and acidity to grow conidia-forming bacteria, and has an advantage of mass-culturing conidia-forming bacteria of high quality in a short time.
