The present invention relates to a pesticide composition for controlling Dermanyssus gallinae containing a plant extract, and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pesticide composition for Dermanyssus gallinae containing a mixture extracted from ginkgo leaves. The present invention further relates to a method for producing the pesticide composition for controlling Dermanyssus gallinae, comprising the following steps: extracting the mixture from ginkgo leaves; concentrating the extracted mixture; and adding a surfactant and a pyroligneous liquor to the concentrated ginkgo leaf extract.
