Provided are a method and an apparatus for processing a signal by using a genetic RNA code based jacket matrix. The method and the apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention proposes a method for processing a signal by applying a jacket matrix that is an element (block)-wise inverse by using the fact that cytosine (C), uracil (U), guanine (G), and adenine (A) gene codes of the genetic RNA code have a circulant matrix.
