The present invention relates to an IT fusion-type outdoor exercise equipment platform which has an embedded smart function for connecting with a smart device to aid in the prevention of diseases that commonly occur in the elderly; and to a health cashback system using an IT fusion-type outdoor exercise equipment platform which manages an exercise history of an individual user of outdoor exercise equipment, and based on exercise equipment and an exercise amount, accumulates health points that the user can utilize. In particular, the IT fusion-type outdoor exercise equipment platform comprises: a body (11) which is disposed vertically in front of outdoor exercise equipment (12) allowing for one or more exercises; a recognition pad (13) which is installed in front of the body (11) to recognize a user using the outdoor exercise equipment (12); a touchpad-type display unit (14) which is installed in front of the body (11) to show an exercise state and a subsequent effect when the user is exercising by using the outdoor exercise equipment (12); a communications unit (16) which is provided in the body (11) for communications with an externally located server; a control unit (15) which includes an exercise history management program including an exercise pattern and an exercise amount of the user, includes a program for managing the outdoor exercise equipment (12), and is installed inside the body (11) to control the recognition pad (13), the display unit (14), and a communication antenna (16); and a power unit (17) which supplies power to various devices including the display unit (14).
