The present invention relates to a method of treating cancer that overexpresses a somatostatin receptor. More particularly, the present invention provides a combination therapy wherein a combination of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) and immunotherapy (I-O therapy) is administered for the treatment of neuroendocrine tumors.
