The present invention relates to a hollow silica nanotube with a gold nanoparticle assembly core and a hollow silica nanotube with a gold/platinum nanoparticle assembly core, capable of providing a stable structure; and a synthetic method thereof. One-dimensional multiple gold nanodot core-silica shell nanowires (multi-Au@SiO_2NWs) are synthesized based on a reverse microemulsion technology. The multi-Au@SiO_2NWs are simply heat-treated in a water-soluble polyvinyl pyrrolidone solution, so as to form bean pod-shaped nanoparticle arrays (pp multi-Au@SiO_2NTs). When platinum is grown on gold nanoparticles inside the pp multi-Au@SiO_2NTs, bean pod-shaped assemblies (pp multi-Au/Pt@SiO_2NTs) of a core-shell gold/platinum nanoparticle are formed inside the silica nanotubes.
