The present invention relates to a zero-inventory mart operating system. The system includes one or more store display devices which can reproduce a home-shopping program broadcasted in a foreign country in order to promote sales of items available by consumers without inventory of such items in stores. The system is configured to receive and reproduce foreign home-shopping broadcasting content from a home-shopping content provision server which translates a broadcast program, which is only accessible via a foreign home-shopping channel, into languages or letters of different countries and transmits the translated broadcast program. The system is also configured to inform consumers of an access route to specific shopping malls, from which an item advertised in the foreign home-shopping broadcasting content is available locally, so that domestic consumers can simply purchase the item, which are being sold via foreign home-shopping broadcasting channels, as if the consumers use domestic online or home shopping, thereby increasing the convenience of domestic consumers in purchasing various kinds of items sold via foreign home shopping, which have been difficult to purchase due to geographical, linguistic, and temporal limitations.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
