The present invention relates to a method for preparing Zizyphus jujuba juice, and Zizyphus jujuba juice prepared thereby. In particular, the method comprises: (1) a step in which raw Zizyphus jujuba are naturally dried in the sun and washed; (2) a step in which the Zizyphus jujuba washed in the step (1) are mixed with water at 1 : 4 (w : v) ratio and warmed in a water bath at 85°C for 15 hours; (3) a first processing step in which the Zizyphus jujuba warmed in the step (2) are crushed without breaking the seeds; (4) a second processing step in which the Zizyphus jujuba first-processed in the step (3) are supported by a strainer having a width of 6 mm and a length of 6 mm to remove the seeds therefrom; (5) a third processing step in which the Zizyphus jujuba second-processed in the step (4) are again supported by a strainer having a width of 1 mm and a length of 1 mm to remove the Zizyphus jujuba skins therefrom; and (6) a step in which Zizyphus jujuba juice remaining after the third processing in the step (5) is sterilized at 90°C for one hour and placed in a pouch to be sealed.
