The light source forming step includes a vertical forming step of setting the light source groove in a triangular shape when seen from a cross section, and forming a vertical groove by irradiating the laser beam in a vertical direction or a nearly vertical direction to an angular point, and a slope forming step of forming an inclined groove by obliquely irradiating the laser beam from a rear side of the body to the angular point. At the vertical forming step and the slope forming step, the laser beam is irradiated to a point where the vertical groove and the inclined groove interest.
