The present invention discloses a non-water-entering surface supply diving virtual training apparatus and a system thereof based on mixed reality (MR). The virtual training apparatus comprises: a communication unit for receiving a user input including training mode information for virtual training of surface supply diving; a diving helmet provided with a mixed reality image according to a direction of a user′s gaze; a multi-axis motion driving unit connected to the diving helmet and guiding a motion of a user corresponding to the mixed reality image in multiple axes; and a control unit for controlling the diving helmet and the multi-axis motion driving unit so that the mixed reality image and the user′s motion are provided based on the training scenarios corresponding to the training mode information.
