The present invention relates to a method for screening a vulnerable tendency to addiction using biological signal measurement based on a behavioral activation system (BAS) and a behavioral inhibition system (BIS), and more particularly, to a method for screening a vulnerable tendency to addiction using biological signal measurement based on a BAS and a BIS, capable of improving the reliability of classification by measuring a pupil size, respiration, an electrocardiogram, and electroencephalogram power reacting to an international affective picture system (IAPS) and a subjective questionnaire evaluation, error related negativity, etc., and classifying the same into a BAS type only when satisfying both determination criterions of the BAS type and a BIS type for each index, and evaluating a concentration degree in each of the compensation and punishment events of a functional game in order to verify the classified BAS type and BIS type.
