The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous bone graft material, comprising the steps of: treating surfaces of porous multichannel biphasic calcium phosphate granules (MCG); and coating the surface-treated porous multichannel biphasic calcium phosphate granules with at least one material selected from a group comprising collagen, heparin and polar dopamine to modify the surfaces. The bone graft material is excellent in biocompatibility, cell proliferation, and bone regeneration through intercellular interactions between bone graft materials, thereby being used as an effective bone graft material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
