The present invention relates to a preparing method of red pepper paste sauce containing mushrooms through sous vide and the red pepper paste sauce. The red pepper paste sauce prepared through sous vide and includes Fistulina hepatica, which is a kind of mushroom. Therefore, the present invention can provide red pepper paste sauce which is superior to conventional red pepper paste sauce in terms of overall aspects including color, taste, flavor, concentration, and palatability.
