The present invention relates to a system to control a temperature of a steel sheet in a continuous annealing line, capable of easily controlling the temperature of the steel sheet. According to the present invention, the system to control the temperature of a steel sheet comprises: a steel sheet temperature input unit (14) to receive a target temperature value of the steel sheet (7); a behavior prediction model unit (10) to predict and calculate a target furnace temperature corresponding to the inputted target temperature value of the steel sheet in real-time; a high bandwidth inner loop control module (18) receiving a predicted furnace temperature value to control the temperature inside an annealing furnace (16) so as to primarily adjust the temperature of the steel sheet (7); and a low bandwidth outer loop control module (20) controlling a generated normal state error with respect to the target steel sheet temperature to secondarily adjust the temperature of the steel sheet (7).
