The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ceramic ball sculpture product and the ceramic ball sculpture product manufactured by the method. More specifically, the method for manufacturing a ceramic ball sculpture product comprises the steps of: sculpting an original sculpture for a ceramic ball sculpture product with wax; preparing a silicone mold frame; putting gypsum or synthetic resins together with ceramic balls into the mold frame, and curing the mold frame; removing the mold frame, manufacturing each of a front portion and a back portion of a ceramic ball mold sculpture, and adhering the front portion and the back portion to each other; and adhering an adhesive to the ceramic ball mold sculpture, and scattering ceramic balls to the ceramic ball mold sculpture to express the outside in the same shape as a ceramic ball sculpture. Accordingly, the ceramic ball sculpture product is not easily broken, and the ceramic balls are not easily separated from the ceramic ball sculpture product even when wet in water such that the ceramic ball sculpture product can be viewed as a ceramic ball sculpture when viewing from the outside.
