The present invention relates to a method for producing a walnut cake using Korean wheat, Korean adzuki beans, and Korean walnuts. The method comprises: a step of kneading dough to be formed as outer skin by mixing 10 parts by weight of Korean wheat with 2-4 parts by weight of water, 6-8 parts by weight of eggs, 10-13 parts by weight of sugar, 0.3-0.6 parts by weight of glucose, 0.5-0.8 parts by weight of margin, 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of baking powder, 0.2-0.4 parts by weight of whole milk powder, and 0.04-0.08 parts by weight of a liquor; a sediment producing step of steaming Korean adzuki beans at a temperature of 150-170°C for 150-200 minutes, pulverizing the steamed Korean adzuki beans, washing the same with water to extract sediments, adding 5-7 parts by weight of sugar and 0.01-0.03 parts by weight of refined salt to 10 parts by weight of the extracted sediments to be mixed and then dehydrated, and producing sediments added to the inside of the outer skin; a walnut pulverizing step of finely pulverizing Korean walnuts; and a baking step of firstly adding Korean walnuts to a frame, injecting the dough thereto, roundly dividing and adding the sediments, re-injecting the dough, and heating the same to bake a walnut cake.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
