The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an undercover for a vehicle and an undercover manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, before a nonwoven fabric and an undercover base material directly heated are heated again by radiant heat in an oven, the nonwoven fabric laminated on both of the upper part and the lower part of the undercover base material or either of the upper part or the lower part of the undercover base material is directly heated to a predetermined temperature at a predetermined pressure for a predetermined time by a press having a heating coil inserted into an upper plate and a lower plate thereof. Therefore, adhesion between the nonwoven fabric and the undercover base material is improved, and surface quality of the undercover is increased. Also, the method for manufacturing an undercover for a vehicle reduces the weight of the undercover and improves durability. The method for manufacturing an undercover for a vehicle improves the safety and reliability of the undercover as the durability is increased. Also, the method for manufacturing an undercover for a vehicle increases the life of the undercover and reduces replacement costs. The method for manufacturing an undercover for a vehicle includes: (S1) a step of forming the undercover base material; (S4) a step of forming the nonwoven fabric; (S5) a step of laminating the nonwoven fabric in the upper part and the lower part of the undercover or either of the upper part or the lower part of the undercover base material; (S6) a step of heating and pressing the nonwoven fabric and the undercover base material; (S7) a step of reheating the nonwoven fabric and the undercover base material; (S8) a step of forming the nonwoven fabric and the undercover base material in a mold to be the undercover; and (S9) a step of trimming the formed undercover to correspond to a final undercover.
