METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING STEAMED CODONOPSIS LANCEOLATA EXTRACT AND COMPOSITION FOR TREATING NON-ALCOHOLIC FATTY LIVER INCLUDING CODONOPSIS LANCEOLATA EXTRACT MANUFACTURED BY SAME
The present invention relates to: a method for manufacturing a Codonopsis lanceolata extract improving fatty liver suppression performance and increasing a content of one or more bioactive substances selected among a group comprising antioxidant activity, total polyphenol, total flavonoid, pyrogallol, and delta-tridecalactone; a food composition for antioxidation including the manufactured Codonopsis lanceolata extract; a cosmetic composition including the manufactured Codonopsis lanceolata extract; and a composition for preventing or treating a nonalcoholic fatty liver. According to the present invention, the steamed Codonopsis lanceolata extract has excellent antioxidant activity in comparison with an unsteamed Codonopsis lanceolata extract and effectively suppresses the formation of the nonalcoholic fatty liver. Also, the steamed Codonopsis lanceolata extract lowers neutral fat to a normal level and can be used for the treatment of the nonalcoholic fatty liver since the steamed Codonopsis lanceolata extract does not have cell toxicity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
