The present invention is to provide a pantyliner for relieving dysmenorrhea of women. The pantyliner includes a skin contact layer and an inner layer. The skin contact layer and the inner layer are two layers formed of medical non-woven fabric. A medicine bag is positioned between the skin contact layer and the inner layer, and is manufactured by attaching and compressing powder to a traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil bag with hydrosol. In addition, the traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil bag comprises: 1.8-2.5 parts by weight of a traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil composition; and 6-20 parts by weight of starch. Furthermore, the traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil composition includes the following traditional Chinese volatile oil: 4-10 parts by weight of safflower oil; 4-10 parts by weight of Ligusticum wallichii oil; 4-10 parts by weight of Rehmannia glutinosa oil; and 1-2 parts by weight of pseudo-ginseng oil.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
