The present invention relates to an air-permeable artificial limb socket, and an artificial limb including the same. To this end, the air-permeable artificial limb socket comprises: a socket main body having an opened upper surface, an inlet, and an outlet while an artificial limb main body is connected to; and a liner disposed in the socket main body and having an air-permeable flow path connected to the inlet and the outlet on an inner circumference coming in contact with a cut portion which is inserted into.
