The present invention relates to a heterogeneous metal welding method between stainless steel and carbon steel to improve welding quality, and a welded part thereof. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the heterogeneous metal welding method between stainless steel and carbon steel comprises: a step of preparing stainless steel including C 0.08 weight percent of C, 1 weight percent of Si, 2 weight percent of Mn, 0.045 weight percent of P, 10 to 14 weight percent of Ni, 16 to 18 weight percent of Cr, and 2 to 3 weight percent of Mo; a step of preparing carbon steel including 0.21 weight percent of C, 0.15 to 0.4 weight percent of Si, 0.6 to 0.8 weight percent of Mn, 0.035 weight percent of P; and a step of welding the stainless steel and the carbon steel, wherein welding is performed under a welding condition with a current of 160 to 360 A, a voltage of 24 to 28 V, speed of 22 to 26 mm/s, and an input heat of 10.4 to 23.4 kJ/cm.
