Disclosed is a panty liner capable of improving female sexuality. The panty liner of the present invention comprises a skin contact layer and an inner layer, wherein the skin contact layer and the inner layer are two layers made of a medical nonwoven fabric, and a medicine bag is disposed between the skin contact layer and the inner layer. The medicine bag is prepared by bonding a powder in a traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil bag by hydrosol and compressing the same, and the traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil bag comprises: 2 to 5 parts by weight of a traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil composition; and 5 to 25 parts by weight of starch, wherein the traditional Chinese volatile oil composition contains the following traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil in an effective amount: Rhizoma corydalis oil, Angelica dahurica oil, Ligusticum wallichii oil, and Polygonatum oil.
