The present invention relates to a diagnosis method of a chronic obstructive airway disease such as asthma, COPD or the like through analysis of bacteria metagenome. More specifically, the present invention relates to a diagnosis method of a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma by performing bacterial metagenome analysis by using a sample derived from a subject so as to analyze increases and decreases in the amount of extracellular vesicles derived from specific bacteria. As a result, since a risk group of a chronic obstructive airway disease is diagnosed and predicted in an early stage, the time of the onset of the disease can be delayed or the onset of the disease to be prevented through appropriate management.
