The present invention relates to a diagnosis method of a chronic obstructive airway disease such as asthma, COPD or the like through analysis of bacteria metagenome. More specifically, the present invention relates to a diagnosis method of a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma by performing bacterial metagenome analysis by using a sample derived from a subject so as to analyze increases and decreases in the amount of extracellular vesicles derived from specific bacteria. Extracellular folliculus which is secreted from bacteria which is present in an environment is absorbed into the body so as to directly influence the occurrence of inflammation. Additionally, since early diagnosis of a chronic obstructive airway disease, such as asthma, COPD or the like, before symptoms occur is difficult, effective treatment has been difficult. The risk onset of a chronic obstructive airway disease such as asthma, COPD or the like can be predicted in advance through analysis of metagenome with respect to a gene which is present in bacteria-originated extracellular folliculus by using a human body-originated sample according to the present invention. As a result, since a risk group of a chronic obstructive airway disease is diagnosed and predicted in an early stage, the time of the onset of the disease can be delayed or the onset of the disease to be prevented through appropriate management. Moreover, even after the onset of a chronic obstructive airway disease such as asthma, COPD, or the like is observed, early diagnosis can be performed. Therefore, disease incidence can be reduced and a therapeutic effect can be improved.
