The present invention provides an energy saving guide for a target building to the target building by separating power data by load of the target building, generating the energy saving guide of the target building and calculating a potential saving amount for each load. A system for consulting energy saving which provides the energy saving guide for the target building comprises: a power data collecting part collecting the power data from at least one of an external server and a metering device; a load separation performing part separating the power data by load of the target building; a saving guide generating part generating the energy saving guide based on at least one of a predicted power amount in a specific period of the target building and an actual measured power amount of the specific period; and a potential saving amount estimating part estimating the potential saving amount by comparing a daily power amount separated by load in the target building with a daily power amount of a benchmarking building having similar properties to the target building or comparing a daily power amount in the specific period in the target building with a daily power amount in a period having the same atmospheric condition as the period other than the specific period in the target building.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
