The present invention relates to a real-time psychotherapy system and a method thereof. The real-time psychotherapy system comprises: a sensor device for recognizing biometric information of a psychotherapy subject and transmitting the same to a user device; a user device for receiving content address information from a chatbot server and displaying corresponding content address information to the psychotherapy subject; a central server; and a chatbot server. According to the present invention, it is possible to manage mental health of the psychotherapy subject.
