An oxygen supply amount control system according to an embodiment of the present invention is an oxygen supply amount control system in an activated sludge process including a blower for supplying oxygen. The system comprises: a bioreactor into which sewage is introduced and oxidation, nitrification, and denitrification of organic matters occurs; an analyzing device for extracting an appropriate dissolved oxygen concentration using at least one data selected from a group consisting of an influent flow rate detected in the bioreactor, chemical oxygen demand (COD), dissolved oxygen (DO), water temperature and suspended solids (SS), and harmony search algorithm; and a control device for controlling the blower according to an appropriate dissolved oxygen concentration extracted from the analyzer.
