The present invention relates to a system for controlling a microfluid and to a method for controlling a microfluid using the same, and specifically, provided is the system for controlling the microfluid, which comprises: a microfluidic chip including a storage chamber storing a reaction liquid and an accommodation chamber communicating with the storage chamber; and a microfluidic control device controlling the reaction liquid in the microfluidic chip, wherein the microfluidic control device comprises: a first roller in contact with a microfluidic chip and rotating with movement of the microfluidic chip; and a pressure projection formed on the outer circumferential surface of the first roller, wherein the pressure projection has a shape corresponding to the storage chamber. The system for controlling the microfluid and the method for controlling the microfluid using the same can precisely control the reaction liquid and can be applicable to various lab-on-a-chips.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
