The present invention relates to a system and a method for processing a speed improvement of a status determination of a country of origin of a free trade agreement (FTA) using a base amount method. According to the present invention, the system for a status determination of a country of origin of FTA, comprises: a data collector for collecting basic data of a status determination of a country of origin from a basic information server (ERP and the like); a base amount calculating method of a change in tariff heading standard and an origin country status determining method; a base amount calculating method of an added value standard and an origin country status determining method; and a base amount calculating method of a union standard and an origin country status determining method. According to the present invention, an operation processing speed of the system for a status determination of a country of origin is further improved by determining a status of a country of origin to be the same in a plurality of selling conditions through one calculation of a base amount even when the same product is sold in various selling conditions (price and the like). In addition, utilization of FTA is maximized and post-due diligence opposing power is increased by determining, in time, whether a preferential tariff benefit is present through a rapid determination of a status of a country of origin, thereby widely contributing to an industrial development.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
