Disclosed are a method for calculating centrality in a directed hypergraph and an apparatus for performing the same. The method for calculating centrality according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: calculating an extended (Et) path from a node x to a node y in a directed hypergraph; and calculating a shortest Et path among in the Et path; and calculating centrality based on the shortest Et path, wherein the node x is one of nodes of a source set, and the node y is one of nodes of a target set.
