The present invention relates to germinated soybeans with an increased spermidine ingredient using amino acids and to a preparation method thereof. The germinated soybeans according to the present invention can be obtained by immersing and germinating the soybeans in an aqueous solution containing arginine or ornithine, and thus it is possible to provide the germinated soybeans having an excellent functionality which is significantly increased in the content of spermidine as compared with general germinated soybeans.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
